Keep B2B prospecting in your sales desk and incoming campaign leads in isolated client portals — with reporting, billing and oversight in one place.
What is a client portal?
A client portal is a private online workspace you give to a business you manage. Your client signs in to handle their own incoming inquiries and see campaign results — not to search the Leads Cyprus business directory.
One business. One private portal. No shared client data.
Each business gets its own branded workspace and secure login. Portal users cannot search the B2B prospecting directory, access search credits, open another client’s leads or contact another agency’s team. Agency personnel see only the clients they are authorized to manage.
Agency: €89/month base + €12/month for every active client portal. No client portals are included free.
Five is the portal limit, not an included allowance. More than five requires the Unlimited Client Portals add-on (+€49/month); every active portal still costs €12/month. Availability notes apply.
Monthly examples: 1 active portal = €101; 5 active portals = €149. Optional add-ons cost extra.
Your agency finds customers. Your clients handle inquiries.
Use the Leads Cyprus prospecting desk to find businesses that could buy your services. Once a business becomes your client, create its portal, invite its team and connect the inquiries generated by your campaigns.
From your agency workspace, assign staff, inspect each client's pipeline, spot unanswered inquiries and share monthly reports. Your client sees only their own business's leads and results.
A portal does not give your client a Leads Cyprus prospecting membership, search credits or access to other businesses' data.
Included in every client portal
Private client login with business logo and colors
Lead inbox for ad and website inquiries, plus manual entry
Five-stage pipeline from new inquiry to won or lost
WhatsApp greetings, click-to-call, notes and follow-up dates
Lead, response and closed-revenue summaries
Printable and downloadable monthly performance reports
Example: an agency running ads for a dental clinic
You create a portal for the clinic. A Facebook or Instagram form inquiry arrives through Zapier or Make, or a website form through the secure webhook. The receptionist opens the clinic's branded inbox, calls or messages the person, records an appointment and marks a won deal with its value. You review progress and share the monthly report.
One portal represents one client business. Ad campaigns and Zapier/Make services are configured separately; a portal does not run ads or generate inquiries by itself. Branding options depend on your agency plan.

Show clients where their leads and ad spend go.
White-label monthly client PDF reports
Choose a month and year, then open a printable report carrying your agency logo, name, contact details, accent color and the client’s name. Use the print/PDF action to save it as PDF in your browser.

Monthly spend feeds estimated ROI & ROAS
Reports require Client Reporting Suite; Google Ads sync and analytics require Google Ads Lead Sync, or complimentary access. Google OAuth and API approval are required. ROI/ROAS compares recorded won deal value with selected ad spend, not verified profit or campaign-level attribution; additional ad spend can be entered manually.
Built-in conversations connect agency owners, staff colleagues and each client’s portal team. Clients only reach their own agency personnel, never other clients or agencies.
Role-scoped conversations
Agency owners and staff can chat directly or in colleague groups. Each client has a separate thread; platform support and one-way admin announcements stay distinct.
Floating message center
Open the compact bottom-right inbox and reply without leaving your lead pipeline or client workspace. A full Messages inbox is available too.
Unread badges & browser tab alerts
Unread counts appear in the inbox and on the browser tab, including a red icon badge, so new messages remain visible while you use another tab.
Audio chimes with mute control
Hear a notification chime for incoming messages, on by default. Use the speaker toggle to mute it on your device; browser audio permissions apply.
Smart offline email alerts
An open signed-in tab, active or in the background, suppresses message emails. Offline recipients can receive privacy-conscious alerts without message content, subject to their email settings.
Agency-branded email & custom SMTP
Client-facing alerts use the agency sender name, brand accent and owner reply-to. Eligible agencies can configure custom SMTP, with platform delivery as fallback.
