Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Leads Cyprus (leadscy.com), powered by OrderPointCy, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you may bind it.

2. The service

Leads Cyprus provides B2B lead discovery, contact enrichment, CRM pipeline tools, agency client portals, Meta Studio and related add-ons. Features vary by plan and may change over time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. New accounts are activated on sign-up; we may suspend or disable accounts that breach these Terms or put the service at risk.

4. Acceptable use

You must use lead data lawfully, including the GDPR, the ePrivacy rules and Cyprus law on unsolicited communications. Respect opt-outs and removal requests.

You must not resell or bulk-redistribute data, scrape the platform, bypass limits or security, or send spam, unlawful or misleading content.

5. Plans, credits and payments

Paid plans, per-portal fees, add-ons and credits are billed as shown on the pricing page, via Stripe or PayPal. Prices are in EUR. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; credits are non-refundable once used. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

6. Third-party services

Integrations such as Meta, Google, Stripe and PayPal are subject to their own terms. Ad spend is billed directly by Meta and is your responsibility.

7. Data accuracy

Business data comes from public sources and automated enrichment and may be incomplete or out of date. It is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, software and branding belong to Leads Cyprus / OrderPointCy. You keep ownership of the content and notes you add.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction. Questions: hturgut2010@gmail.com.
